If you are dissatisfied with the product you received for any reason, we are here to assist and make your experience with us as pleasant as possible.

For exchange and return eligibility, please note that you must contact us within 7 days of order receipt.

Please ensure that the garment meets the following criteria before sending it:

• Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it,
• Its condition should be unused or unworn,
• It must have the original tags attached, 
• It is secured in its original packaging,
• It must have the purchase confirmation/receipt inside.

In case of an exchange, please take note that we only exchange products falling under the size criteria (they can be exchanged for sizes bigger or smaller).

Exchange and Return is limited to once per order. If an order has been exchanged once, the exchanged item cannot be exchanged again.

Reverse Pickups are also limited to one per order.

The following items are not exchangeable or returnable:

• Products that are on SALE
• Products that are made to order/customized to your size/personalized to your specifications.
• Products that have this condition in their product information.
• Products purchased during the promotional period (unless defective or damaged).

We will notify you once we receive your item, after which we will inspect it to ensure it is returnable.

If your return is accepted, we will credit your Sonsie account with the equivalent amount right away.
